At Lorwick, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.


We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused or unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@lorwick.shop. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are generally responsible for covering return shipping costs. However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lorwick will take full responsibility and cover the return shipping expenses or provide an appropriate solution.


Damages and Issues

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately after the return is processed.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason.

To be eligible, items must remain unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that additional processing time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
